Not fattening cheese cakeIngredients:6 eggs2 tablespoons lemon juice2 teaspoons vanilla sugar4 teaspoons vegetable margarineor vegetable oilsweetener which equals 30 teaspoons sugar900 gr cottage cheeseextra:baking panoven

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F.Put all ingredients, except the cottage cheese, in a mixerbowl and mix well.Add bit by bit the cottage cheese and mix till smooth. Spoon the batter in a greased baking pan (narrow and long). Sprinkle optional with cinnamon.Bake approximately 45 minutes until the cake is firm.Turn off the oven and let the cheese cake rest an hour in the oven with the door a little open. Take the cake out off the oven and let cool.The cake gets tastier when kept in the fridge for 1 night.
