Fried aubergine

Ingredients:

1/2 aubergine

1/2 cup grated cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon herb salt

oil for frying

How to prepare:

Cook the aubergine 15 minutes.

Peel the aubergine, cut in small pieces and put in a bowl.

Mix with a mixer 30 seconds on the highest speed.

Add cheese, garlic, lemon juice and salt.

Roll of the mixture meatballs of ± 2.5 cm and let cool at least 1 hour in the fridge.

Fry the aubergine balls in hot oil.
