Stewed onions


Ingredients:

1 kg convert conversiononions

50 gr butter convert conversion

salt

pepper

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1 tablespoon flour

2.5 dl convert conversionbouillon

(or 1/2 bouillon from cube)

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon mustard

parsley

How to prepare:

Peel the onions and slice to thin rings.

Fry, while stirring regulary, in the butter golden brown and cooked.

Add salt, pepper and thyme and softly simmer for some minutes.

Mix the flour with bouillon, vinegar and mustard and add the mixture to the onions.

Bring, stirring slightly, to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.

Garnish, before serving, with little parsley.
