Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe vegetablePeel the onions and cut in rings.Fry, while stirring regulary, in the butter golden brown and cooked.Add salt, pepper and thyme and softly simmer for some minutes.Mix the flour with bouillon, vinegar and mustard and add the mixture to the onions.Bring, stirring slightly, to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.Garnish, before serving, with a little parsley. |
