Stewed onions

Ingredients:

1 kg hover for conversion onions

50 gr hover for conversion butter

salt

pepper

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1 tablespoon flour

2.5 dl hover for conversion bouillon

(or 1/2 bouillon from cube)

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon mustard

parsley

 

Preparation:

Peel the onions and cut in rings.
Fry, while stirring regulary, in the butter golden brown and cooked.
Add salt, pepper and thyme and softly simmer for some minutes.
Mix the flour with bouillon, vinegar and mustard and add the mixture to the onions.
Bring, stirring slightly, to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
Garnish, before serving, with a little parsley.
