Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe for soup, vegetablesBring the water to a boil with the cleaned and sliced bell peppers, the pressed garlic cloves, chopped onion, crushed canned tomatoes and the tomato juice from the can, red bell pepper powder and the bouillon cubes.Cook for 15 minutes. (Optional mash the soup with a blender.)Season with salt and pepper.Chop the cooked ham.Add the ham when you take the pan of the heat or garnish the plates with ham and spoon the soup over. Optional add a dash cream. |
