Olive - basil cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons basil
15 (kalamata) olives

How to prepare:
Mix soft cream cheese, crumbled feta, 1 tablespoon olive oil and ground black pepper in a bowl to a smooth cream.
Add the chopped basil and stoned and roughly chopped olives and stir well.
Spoon the cheese in a bowl.
Sprinkle with the rest of the oil and little ground pepper.
Serve with bruschetta or toasted French bread.
