Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe sauce and herb butter, gourmet, barbecue and fondueMix soft cream cheese, crumbled feta, 1 tablespoon olive oil and ground black pepper in a bowl to a smooth cream.Add the chopped basil and stoned and roughly chopped olives and stir well.Spoon the cheese in a bowl.Sprinkle with the rest of the oil and top with a little ground pepper.Serve with bruschetta or toasted French bread. |
