Tropical fruit salad


1 mango

1/2 fresh pineapple

1 orange

1 banana

2 tablespoons ground coconut

How to prepare:

Peel the mango and cut the pulp in strips.

Peel the pineapple and cut in cubes.

Peel and slice the orange.

Mix the fruits and divide over 4 plates.

Roast the coconut golden brown in a dry pan and sprinkle over the fruit salad.

Delicious with ice.
