Tomato salad with Mozzarella and basil
8 (pomodori) tomatoes
1 mozzarella cheese
20 leaves fresh basil
3 tablespoons olive oil

How to prepare:
Wash the pomodori, cut in thin slices and drain.
Half the mozzarella lenghtwise and slice each half very thin.
Wash the basil leaves and cut in thin strips.
Arrange the slices tomato and cheese alternately like roof tiles on a large plate.
Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground pepper, the basil and olive oil.
