Potato parts with cheeseIngredients:750 gr red potatoes30 gr butter2 tablespoons olive oil1 garlic clove1 tablespoon fresh oregano1 tablespoon fresh rosemarydried chili pepper200 gr fresh Parmesan cheese

How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 210°C/400°F (fan oven 190°C/375°F).Cut the cleaned, unpeeled potatoes in 6-8 pieces.Melt the butter, remove the pan from the heat and stir oil, pressed garlic, chopped oregano, chopped rosemary, dried chili pepper (at flavour) and freshly ground black pepper in the butter.Coat the potato parts, so they are entirely covered with the mixture.Place the pieces in 1 single layer, peel side down, on a baking sheet and bake the potatoes 30-40 minutes in the oven.Turn the pieces on one side and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan.Bake another 15 minutes and serve hot.
