Potato parts with cheese


Ingredients:

750 gr convert conversionred potatoes

30 gr butter convert conversion

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 garlic clove

1 tablespoon fresh oregano

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

dried chili pepper

200 gr convert conversionfresh Parmesan cheese

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 210C/400F (fan oven 190C/375F).

Cut the cleaned, unpeeled potatoes in 6-8 pieces.

Melt the butter, remove the pan from the heat and stir oil, pressed garlic, chopped oregano, chopped rosemary, dried chili pepper (at flavour) and freshly ground black pepper in the butter.

Coat the potato parts, so they are entirely covered with the mixture.

Place the pieces in 1 single layer, peel side down, on a baking sheet and bake the potatoes 30-40 minutes in the oven.

Turn the pieces on one side and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan.

Bake another 15 minutes and serve hot.
