Preparation in advance:Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).Put the tomatoes for 15-30 seconden in boiling water, peel and slice.Cube the cheese small and half the (stoned) olives.Spread the tomato sauce over the risen pizza bottom.Divide the thin sliced salami, the tomato-slices and the olives.Sprinkle with the cubed cheese, oregano, pepper and salt.Sprinkle with the olive oil.Bake the pizza in the oven approximately 12-15 minutes.
