Pizza salami

Ingredients:

1 recipe pizza dough

1 recipe tomato sauce

4 medium tomatoes

150 gr Mozzarella

50 gr hover for conversion black olives

150 gr hover for conversion salami

salt

pepper

3 teaspoons oregano

2 tablespoons (olive) oil

oven

Preparation:

Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).
Put the tomatoes for 15-30 seconden in boiling water, peel and slice.
Cube the cheese small and half the (stoned) olives.
Cover the risen pizza bottom with the tomato sauce.
Divide the thin sliced salami, the tomato-slices and the olives.
Sprinkle with the cubed cheese, oregano, pepper and salt.
Sprinkle with the olive oil.
Bake the pizza in the oven approximately 12-15 minutes.
