Ingredients:
4 medium (roma) tomatoes
1 little can sliced mushrooms
3 large onions
150 gr salami
200 gr mature cheese

Preparation:

Make the pizza crust dough and the tomato sauce according to the basic recipes.
Fry the in rings sliced onions translucent with a little salt and cool.
Prepare:
Preheat the oven to 250°C/480°F (fan oven 225°C/440°F).
Put the tomatoes for 15-30 seconden in boiling water, peel and cut into slices.
Drain the mushrooms and grate the cheese.
Cover the risen pizza crust dough with the tomato sauce.
Divide the thinly sliced salami, the tomato slices, the fried onion rings and grated cheese over the pizza
.
Bake the pizza in the oven approximately 12-15 minutes
.
