Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cookies, pie and pastry makingSift flour and baking powder on a work area, make a hole in the middle and break the egg in the hole. Mix the egg with a little flour. Sprinkle the sugar and the salt over. Cut the cold butter in small pieces into the flour and knead with cold hands rapidly to a dough. Wrap the dough and let rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Line the bottom of a springform pan with the dough.Put the quark in a deep bowl. Add sugar, soft butter, vanila pudding powder, lemon grater, lemon juice and eggs and whip to a light and smooth mass. Place it in the springform pan and smoothen the quark on top. Bake the pie 60-70 minutes in the middle of the baking oven.When the pie is ready remove only the sides of the pan and let cool completely.Let the pie get firm overnight in the fridge. |
