Ingredients:
125 gr butter
4 eggs
500 gr
brown sugar
pinch salt
4 teaspoons cookie spices
600 gr flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
flour for dusting
5 tablespoons light beer
150 gr pearl sugar

Stir the butter soft in a bowl and add one by one the eggs. Add sugar, salt and spices, mix well and sift flour and baking powder over. Knead to
a firm dough, wrap and let rest at least 1 hour in the fridge.
Prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Flour a work area, roll the dough 1/2 cm thick and cut round cookies. Coat with beer and sprinkle the pearl sugar over. Place on a greased sheet and bake crispy in 20 minutes.
Take the cookies immediately after baking from the sheet and let cool on a wire rack.
Airtight kept in a drum the cookies are very long conservable.
