Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion flour

150 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

100 gr hover for conversion sugar

80 gr hover for conversion ground almonds

 

(warm) marmalade

icing sugar

Preparation:

Knead of flour, butter, sugar and almonds a smooth dough. Place 1 hour in the fridge.

Prepare:

Roll the dough on a flour dusted work area to 1/2 cm thick and cut circles with a glass. Remove from half of the cookies the centre with an apple corer, so you get rings.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake 10-15 minutes in the middle of the oven. Let cool on a wire rack.
Cover the complete cookies with marmalade.
Place the cookies with a hole on top and sprinkle with icing sugar.
