Preparation in advance:Liquefy the honey au-bain-marie.Combine with the remaining ingredients. Knead to smooth dough.Place, wrapped up in foil, overnight in the fridge.How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Roll the dough, on a flour dusted working area, to 1/2 cm thick and cut with baking cutters all kind of shapes (for example harts and stars).Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and coat with little honey.Bake the honey cookies 20-25 minutes in the middle of the oven.
