Hazelnut cookies

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion flour

200 gr hover for conversion butter or margarine

250 gr hover for conversion ground hazelnuts

125 gr hover for conversion sugar

1 egg

grated peel of 1 lemon

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon clove powder

Nutella

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients, except the Nutella, to a smooth dough. Make a roll of 5 cm diameter and place the roll 1 hour in the fridge to firm.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).
Cut slices of 1/2 cm off the roll and put on a greased baking sheet.
Place the sheet in the middle of the oven and bake the cookies about 10 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack.
Spread some Nutella between two cookies.
