Ginger cookies

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion flour

150 gr hover for conversion butter

150 gr hover for conversion sugar

pinch ginger powder

50 gr hover for conversion very small chopped ginger

 

some tablespoons milk

 

extra:

baking oven 

 

Preparation:

Knead all ingredients, except the milk, to a smooth dough. Make a roll of 3 cm thick and put it at least 1 hour in the fridge to firm.

Prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Cut the roll in slices of 1/2 cm.
Place the ginger cookies on a greased baking sheet and brush some milk over each cookie. Bake the ginger cookies 10-15 minutes in the middle of the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
