Ginger cookiesIngredients:250 gr flour150 gr butter150 gr sugarpinch ginger powder50 gr very small chopped ginger
some tablespoons milk
extra:baking oven

Preparation in advance:Knead all ingredients, except the milk, to a smooth dough. Make a roll of 3 cm thick and put it at least 1 hour in the fridge to firm.How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).Cut the roll in slices of 1/2 cm.Place the ginger cookies on a greased baking sheet and brush some milk over each cookie. Bake the ginger cookies 10-15 minutes in the middle of the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
