Ginger cookies
250 gr flour

150 gr butter

150 gr
sugar
pinch ginger powder
50 gr
very small chopped ginger
some tablespoons milk

Preparation in advance:
Knead all ingredients, except the milk, to a smooth dough. Make a roll of 3 cm thick and put it at least 1 hour in the fridge to firm.
How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F (fan oven 180°C/360°F).
Cut the roll in slices of 1/2 cm.
Place the ginger cookies on a greased baking sheet and brush some milk over each cookie. Bake the ginger cookies 10-15 minutes in the middle of the
oven and let cool on a wire rack.
