Chocolate cookies


Ingredients:

250 gr convert conversionsugar

250 gr convert conversionpeeled almonds

pinch cinnamon

2 tablespoons flour

2 egg whites

100 gr convert conversiondark chocolate

some tablespoons sugar

Preparation in advance:

Mix sugar, almonds, cinnamon and flour. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold the flour in. Melt the chocolate au-bain-marie, let cool a little and fold the chocolate into the batter.

Sprinkle some spoons sugar over a working surface and roll the dough.

Cut cookies and place on a baking paper lined baking sheet.

Let dry some hours.

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).

Bake the cookies 5 minutes.
