Preparation in advance:Mix sugar, almonds, cinnamon and flour. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold the flour in. Melt the chocolate au-bain-marie, let cool a little and fold the chocolate into the batter.Sprinkle some spoons sugar over a working surface and roll the dough.Cut cookies and place on a baking paper lined baking sheet.Let dry some hours.How to prepare:Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F).Bake the cookies 5 minutes.
