Toast with tomato and feta

1 recipe whole wheat toast

(or 5 slices sandwich bread)

4 ripe tomatoes

150 gr convert conversionfeta

75 ml convert conversionolive oil extra vierge

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

salt and pepper

How to prepare:

Dip each bit toast quickly in cold water or toast crustless sandwich bread and cut each slice in 9 squares. Place on a plate.

Mix the cubed tomatoes and crumbled feta and divide the mixture over the toast.

Mix oil and vinegar well and sprinkle over the tomato mixture.

Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
