Toast with tomato and feta

Ingredients:

1 recipe whole wheat toast

(or 5 slices sandwich bread)

4 ripe tomatoes

150 gr hover for conversion feta

75 ml hover for conversion olive oil extra vierge

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

Dip each bit toast rapidly in cold water or toast crustless sandwich bread and cut each slice in 9 squares. Place on a plate.
Mix the cubed tomatoes and crumbled feta and divide the mixture over the toast.
Mix oil and vinegar well and sprinkle over the tomato mixture.
Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
