Mini skewers


Ingredients:

250 gr convert conversionfillet pork tenderloin

3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

piece bell pepper

some mushrooms

cocktail skewers

margarine or butter

How to prepare:

Dice the fillet tenderloin to 1 cm and mix with the sweet soy sauce. Marinate for at least an hour.

Cut the bell pepper in pieces of 1 x 1 cm and the mushrooms in slices and fry some minutes. Let cool.

Thread alternately meat, bell pepper mushroom and meat to the cocktail skewers.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the skewers.

Fry in 2-3 minutes brown over high heat.

Serve immediately photo recipe.
