Mini skewersIngredients:250 gr fillet pork tenderloin3 tablespoons sweet soy saucepiece bell peppersome mushroomscocktail skewersmargarine or butter |

How to prepare:Dice the fillet tenderloin to 1 cm and mix with the sweet soy sauce. Marinate for at least an hour.Cut the bell pepper in pieces of 1 x 1 cm and the mushrooms in slices and fry some minutes. Let cool.Thread alternately meat, bell pepper mushroom and meat to the cocktail skewers.Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the skewers.Fry in 2-3 minutes brown over high heat.Serve immediately .
