shrimps and ham

8 shrimps

25 gr (cooked) ham

lettuce leaf

4 quail eggs

 

Peel the cooked shrimps. Cut the ham in 8 strips. Cut the lettuce leaf in 8 pieces, boil the quail eggs 6 minutes.
Thread a shrimp, a strip ham, folded piece lettuce and an half quail egg to cocktail sticks.
Serve with banderillo's sauce.

olive, egg and anchovy

8 black olives

4 anchovy fillets

4 quail eggs

 

Stone the olives. Half the anchovy fillets and the (6 minutes) boiled quail eggs.
Thread an olive, a piece rolled up anchovy and half an egg to a cocktail stick.
Serve with banderillo 's sauce.
