Oriental cucumber

Ingredients:

1 cucumber 

salt

 

60 ml hover for conversion rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame seed

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tblsp sweet soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Peel the cucumber, half in the length and remove the seeds with a tea spoon.
Cut the cucumber in thin slices, mix with the salt and let rest for 5 minutes.
Wash the salt off the cucumber, drain and dry with kitchen paper.
Put vinegar, sesame seed, sugar, soy sauce and ginger in a large bowl and stir till the sugar is dissolved.
Add the cucumber and marinate, stirring from time to time, at least 1 hour.
