Toast with oyster mushroom

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon mustard

salt

pepper

2 tablespoons oil

1 head iceberg lettuce

500 gr hover for conversion oyster mushrooms

50 gr hover for conversion butter

4 slices white bread

extra lemon juice, salt and pepper

extra:

oven or bread toaster

Stir in a bowl lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper and oil to a sauce.
Wash the lettuce, dry and cut in thin strips. Mix with the sauce.
Clean the oyster mushrooms (no need to cut).
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the oyster mushrooms with some salt in approximately 5 minutes on both sides brown.
Toast the slices white bread. Place on 2 plates and divide the lettuce.
Cover with the fried oyster mushrooms.
Drizzle with a little lemon juice and sprinkle some salt and pepper over.
