Toast with oyster mushroomIngredients:1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon mustardsaltpepper2 tablespoons oil1 head iceberg lettuce500 gr oyster mushrooms50 gr butter4 slices white breadextra lemon juice, salt and pepperextra:oven or bread toaster

How to prepare:Stir in a bowl lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper and oil to a sauce.Wash the lettuce, dry and cut in thin strips. Mix with the sauce.Clean the oyster mushrooms (no need to cut).Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the oyster mushrooms with some salt in approximately 5 minutes on both sides brown.Toast the slices white bread. Place on 2 plates and divide the lettuce.Cover with the fried oyster mushrooms.Drizzle with little lemon juice and sprinkle some salt and pepper over.
