2 garlic cloves
5 thin slices smoked ham

How to prepare:
Break the stalks off the mushrooms. Chop half of the stalks.
Melt the butter and fry the chopped onion and squeezed garlic cloves with some salt. Add after some minutes the chopped mushroom stalks.
Put the onion-mixture in a bowl and fry the ham slices on both sides brown. Crumble the ham over the onion and add, when the mixture has cooled, grated cheese. Mix well.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and fry 15 minutes, covered, over low heat.
Sprinkle the last minute with some chives.
