Marinated mushrooms with chili pepper
750 gr
mushrooms
5 dl
olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon caster sugar
1 red chili pepper
1 green chili pepper
1 tablespoon fresh coriander
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
salt

How to prepare:
Rub the mushrooms clean with kitchen paper, remove stem and put in a bowl.
Mix oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, sugar and chopped peppers.
Pour over the mushrooms and stir well.
Cover the bowl with plastic foil and let the mushrooms rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, stir now and then.
Add, just before serving, the chopped herbs. Season with little salt and stir well.
