Italian meatballs 3


1 package mix for spaghetti

1 large onion

2 slices white bread

6-9 tablespoons milk

500 gr convert conversionmixed ground beef and pork


some butter

How to prepare:

Mix the package pasta-mix with little more than the quantity of hot water mentioned on the package and let rest 10 minutes. Chop the onion and add to the mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer 10-15 minutes until all water has evaporated (stir regulary so it won't burn). Let the mixture cool.

Soak the crustless bread in the milk (all milk must be taken) and mash it. Add the ground beef and the pasta mixture. Add 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs and mix well.

Roll golf-ball large meatballs and coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the meatballs brown and well cooked in little butter and serve with a skewer.
