Sharon (kaki) fruit with goat cheese


Ingredients:

4 sharon fruits

4 slices soft goat cheese

sauce:

1/2 tablespoon wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon mustard

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons lemon grater

1 tablespoon parsley

salt

pepper

How to prepare:

Beat, in a small bowl, a fluffy sauce of vinegar, mustard, oil, lemon grater, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Wash the sharons and cut each in 8-12 segments (not entirely cut through, the bottom stays attached). Unfold the sharons on 4 (oven) plates to a flower.

Place in the middle of each flower an 1 cm thick slice goat cheese.

Melt the cheese under a hot grill or broiler just before serving.

Divide the sauce over the fruit or give separate.
