Fresh figs with lemon creamIngredients:8 fresh figs1 lemon1/4 liter whipping cream50 gr sugar2 tablespoons sliced almonds

How to prepare:Roast the almonds in a dry frying pan.Wash and slice the figs.Divide the slices over 4 plates.Wash the lemon and grate the peel. Press one half of the lemon.Sprinkle the figs with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.Beat the whipping cream with the sugar to peaks. Add the lemon grater and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.Divide the lemon cream and the roasted almonds over the figs.
