Fresh figs with lemon cream
8 fresh figs
2 tablespoons sliced almonds

How to prepare:
Roast the almonds in a dry frying pan.
Wash and slice the figs.
Divide the slices over 4 plates.
Wash the lemon and grate the peel. Press one half of the lemon.
Sprinkle the figs with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Beat the whipping cream with the sugar to peaks. Add the lemon grater and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Divide the lemon cream and the roasted almonds over the figs.
