Garlic shrimps

Gambas al Ajillo

(3-4 servings)


Ingredients:

250 gr convert conversionlarge shrimps

0.5 dl convert conversionolive oil

4-6 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon mixed garlic seasoning

1 large tablespoon parsley

pepper

salt

4 slices sandwich bread

How to prepare:

Warm the oil on very low heat in a pan.

Add the shrimps, pressed garlic cloves and herbs.

Season with little pepper and salt and warm the shrimps, over low heat, about 5 minutes (simmer, don't fry) photo recipe.

Toast in the meanwhile the slices sandwich bread (baking oven or bread toaster).

Divide the shrimps over 3-4 fancy bowls and pour some of the remaining oil carefully over the diagonally cut roasted bread photo recipe.
