Garlic shrimps

Gambas al Ajillo

(3-4 servings)

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion large shrimps

0.5 dl hover for conversion olive oil

4-6 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon mixed garlic herbs

1 large tablespoon parsley

pepper

salt

 

4 slices sandwich bread

 

Preparation:

Warm the oil on very low heat in a pan.
Add the shrimps, pressed garlic cloves and herbs.
Season with a little pepper and salt and let the shrimps over low heat get completely warm in about 5 minutes (simmer, don't fry) .
Toast in the meanwhile the slices sandwich bread (baking oven or bread toaster).
Divide the shrimps over 3-4 fancy bowls and pour some of the remaining oil carefully over the diagonal cut roasted bread .
