Gambas al Ajillo
4-6 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon mixed garlic seasoning
1 large tablespoon parsley
4 slices sandwich bread

How to prepare:
Warm the oil on very low heat in a pan.
Add the shrimps, pressed garlic cloves and herbs.
Season with little pepper and salt and warm the shrimps, over low heat, about 5 minutes (simmer, don't fry) .
Toast in the meanwhile the slices sandwich bread (baking oven or bread toaster).
