Garlic shrimpsGambas al Ajillo(3-4 servings)Ingredients:250 gr large shrimps0.5 dl olive oil4-6 garlic cloves1 tablespoon mixed garlic seasoning1 large tablespoon parsleypeppersalt

How to prepare:Warm the oil on very low heat in a pan.Add the shrimps, pressed garlic cloves and herbs.Season with little pepper and salt and warm the shrimps, over low heat, about 5 minutes (simmer, don't fry) .Toast in the meanwhile the slices sandwich bread (baking oven or bread toaster).Divide the shrimps over 3-4 fancy bowls and pour some of the remaining oil carefully over the diagonally cut roasted bread .
