Shrimp kebabs

(15-20 pcs)

Ingredients:

± 300 gr (frozen) peeled shrimps

1 teaspoon fish spices

(1 can pineapple slices)

1/4 red bell pepper

125 gr hover for conversion mushrooms

pinch salt

 

15-20 skewers

Preparation:

(Let the shrimps thaw) 
Season the shrimps with the fish spices, mix well and let rest for at least 2 hours.
Cut the stems off the mushrooms, cut the bell pepper in squares and let both simmer over low heat about 10 minutes. Add some salt at flavour.

Prepare:

Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes in water.
(Cut the pineapple rings in pieces of 2 cm.) Thread pineapple, mushrooms, bell pepper and 2 or 3 shrimps alternately to the skewers .
Grill the kebabs 2-3 minutes on both sides on the barbecue or broil in the oven.
