Shrimp kebabs(15-20 pcs)Ingredients:± 300 gr (frozen) peeled shrimps1 teaspoon fish spices(1 can pineapple slices)1/4 red bell pepper125 gr mushroomspinch salt

Preparation in advance:(Let the shrimps thaw)Season the shrimps with the fish spices, mix well and let rest for at least 2 hours.Cut the stems off the mushrooms, cut the bell pepper in squares and let both simmer over low heat about 10 minutes. Add some salt at flavour.How to prepare:Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes in water.(Divide the pineapple rings in bits of 2 cm.) Thread pineapple, mushrooms, bell pepper and 2 or 3 shrimps alternately to the skewers .Grill the kebabs 2-3 minutes on both sides on the barbecue or broil in the oven.
