Ingredients:12 sugar canes (canned)(or skewers)48 very large shrimps4 tablespoons lime juice |
Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - shrimp recipes, barbecue fish mealsHalf the sugar canes in the length.Peel, clean and devein the shrimps.Threads 2 shrimps to each cane (make with a skewer a little hole in the shrimps).Coat the shrimps well with lime juice and grill or broil in oven or barbecue in about 2-3 minutes on both sides well done.Drizzle with the lime. |
