Lime shrimps

Ingredients:

12 sugar canes (canned) (or skewers)

48 very large shrimps

4 tablespoons lime juice

How to prepare:

Half the sugar canes lenghtwise.

Peel, clean and devein the shrimps.

Threads 2 shrimps to each cane (make with a skewer a little hole in the shrimps).

 

Coat the shrimps well with lime juice and grill or broil in oven or barbecue in about 2-3 minutes on both sides well done.

Drizzle with the lime.
