Salmon and tuna sate(18-25 pcs)Ingredients:500 gr salmon fillet500 gr fresh tuna(25 shrimps)salt and pepper1 lime

How to prepare:Soak wooden skewers 30 minutes in water.Cut the salmon fillet and tuna in cubes of 1,5-2 cm and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Thread the fish alternately to the skewers .
Grill the kebabs 3-4 minutes on the barbecue or in a greased frying pan.Turn regular and sprinkle with lime juice.
