Salmon and tuna sate

Ingredients:

500 gr hover for conversion salmon fillet

500 gr hover for conversion fresh tuna

(25 shrimps) 

salt and pepper

1 lime

 

extra: 

25 skewers

 

Preparation:

Soak wooden skewers 30 minutes in water.
Cut the salmon fillet and tuna in cubes of 1,5-2 cm and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Thread the fish alternately to the skewers .
 
Grill the kebabs 3-4 minutes on the barbecue or in a greased frying pan.
Turn regular and sprinkle with lime juice.
