Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - salmon recipes, fish mealsCut the salmon roughly.Heat butter in a pan and fry the chopped onion.Put salmon, onion, horseradish and soft butter in a kitchen machine. Add salt and ground pepper at flavour and mix well. Add chopped tarragon or dill and mix short.Sift flour with a pinch salt in a bowl. Mix with the cut chives and make a hole in the middle. Add egg and enough milk to get a creamy batter. Place aside for 15 minutes.Grease a frying pan and spoon for each "pie" 1 teaspoon batter in the pan. Turn the the pies as soon as bubbles appear on the pancakes. Cool on a wire rack.Divide the salmon mixture over the pies.Garnish with a segment lime and some caviar. |
