Mini pies with salmon paté
(+/- 30 pcs)
125 gr
smoked salmon
2 teaspoons butter
1 small onion
1.5 teaspoons horseradish
30 gr butter

salt and pepper
2 teaspoons tarragon or dill
60 gr
self raising flour
1 tablespoon chives
1 egg
1.3 dl
milk
1 lime
caviar

How to prepare:
Cut the salmon roughly.
Heat butter in a pan and fry the chopped onion.
Put salmon, onion, horseradish and soft butter in a kitchen machine. Add salt and ground pepper at flavour and mix
well. Add chopped tarragon or dill and mix short.
Sift flour with a pinch salt in a bowl. Mix with the cut chives and make a hole in the middle. Add egg and enough milk to get a creamy
batter. Place aside for 15 minutes.
Grease a frying pan and spoon for each "pie" 1 teaspoon batter in the pan. Turn the the pies as soon as bubbles appear on the pancakes. Cool on a wire rack.
Divide the salmon mixture over the pies.
Garnish with a segment lime and some caviar.
