Mini pies with salmon paté(+/- 30 pcs)Ingredients:125 gr smoked salmon2 teaspoons butter1 small onion1.5 teaspoons horseradish30 gr buttersalt and pepper2 teaspoons tarragon or dill60 gr self raising flour1 tablespoon chives1 egg1.3 dl milk1 limecaviar

How to prepare:Cut the salmon roughly.Heat butter in a pan and fry the chopped onion.Put salmon, onion, horseradish and soft butter in a kitchen machine. Add salt and ground pepper at flavour and mix well. Add chopped tarragon or dill and mix short.Sift flour with a pinch salt in a bowl. Mix with the cut chives and make a hole in the middle. Add egg and enough milk to get a creamy batter. Place aside for 15 minutes.Grease a frying pan and spoon for each "pie" 1 teaspoon batter in the pan. Turn the the pies as soon as bubbles appear on the pancakes. Cool on a wire rack.Divide the salmon mixture over the pies.Garnish with a segment lime and some caviar.
