Spicy tomato juice

Ingredients:

2.5 kg hover for conversion red tomatoes

1 dl hover for conversion water

2 onions

2 garlic cloves

10 peppercorns

2 bay leaves

3 cloves

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon nutmeg

little mustard

0.25 dl hover for conversion wine vinegar

(salt, pepper, sugar)

Half the tomatoes, heat for 10 minutes with the water and rub the mixture through a strainer in another pan.
Add the chopped onions, squeezed garlic, herbs, mustard and vinegar to the tomato-mix and cook for 15 minutes.
Pour through a strainer and cook another 5 minutes.
The juice must have the thickness of cream. If not, just reduce a little longer.
Add salt, pepper and sugar at flavour.
