Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - recipe cannings, drinks, lemonadeHalf the tomatoes, heat for 10 minutes with the water and rub the mixture through a strainer in another pan.Add the chopped onions, squeezed garlic, herbs, mustard and vinegar to the tomato-mix and cook for 15 minutes.Pour through a strainer and cook another 5 minutes.The juice must have the thickness of cream. If not, just reduce a little longer.Add salt, pepper and sugar at flavour. |
