Spicy tomato juiceIngredients:2.5 kg red tomatoes1 dl water2 onions2 garlic cloves10 peppercorns2 bay leaves3 cloves1 teaspoon ginger powder1 teaspoon nutmeglittle mustard0.25 dl wine vinegar(salt, pepper, sugar)

How to prepare:Half the tomatoes, heat for 10 minutes with the water and rub the mixture through a strainer in another pan.Add the chopped onions, squeezed garlic, seasoning, mustard and vinegar to the tomato-mix and cook for 15 minutes.Pour through a strainer and cook another 5 minutes.The juice must have the thickness of cream. If not, just reduce a little longer.Add salt, pepper and sugar at flavour.
