Lemon lemonade syrup


8 lemons (0.5 liter convert conversionjuice)

10 sugar cubes

5 dl water convert conversion

750 gr convert conversionjelly sugar

How to prepare:

Wash and dry 3 lemons well. Rub the peels firm with the sugar cubes.

Squeeze all lemons. Sift the juice through a cloth and use half a liter of juice.

Mix the juice with sugar cubes, water and jelly sugar.

Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute while stirring.

Skim the syrup, pour it in the well cleaned bottles and close immediately.

Tip: Lemon lemonade syrup with boiling hot water.

Preservable for 1 year.
