Lemon lemonade syrupIngredients:8 lemons (0.5 liter juice)10 sugar cubes5 dl water750 gr jelly sugar

How to prepare:Wash and dry 3 lemons well. Rub the peels firm with the sugar cubes.Squeeze all lemons. Sift the juice through a cloth and use half a liter of juice.Mix the juice with sugar cubes, water and jelly sugar.Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute while stirring.Skim the syrup, pour it in the well cleaned bottles and close immediately.
Tip: Lemon lemonade syrup with boiling hot water.Preservable for 1 year.
