Exotic lemonade syrup

Ingredients:

5 passionfruits

1 lime 

8 dl hover for conversion multi fruit juice

750 gr hover for conversion jelly sugar

2 bottles

 

Preparation:

Squeeze the passionfruits and the lime on a lemon press.
Sift the juice through a cloth and measure the sifted quantity.
Add multi fruit juice up to 1 liter hover for conversion.
Mix the juice with the jelly sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute while stirring.
Skim the syrup, pour it in the well cleaned bottles and close immediately.
 
1 year conservable.
