Exotic lemonade syrup

Ingredients:

5 passionfruits

1 lime

8 dl convert conversionmulti fruit juice

750 gr convert conversionjelly sugar

How to prepare:

Squeeze the passionfruits and the lime on a lemon press.

Sift the juice through a cloth and measure the sifted quantity.

Add multi fruit juice up to 1 liter convert conversion.

Mix the juice with the jelly sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute while stirring.

Skim the syrup, pour it in the well cleaned bottles and close immediately.

 

Preservable for 1 year.
