Spicy elderberry syrup
3 Glühwein herbs (tea) bags
1 teaspoon ginger powder

How to prepare:
Mix the elderberries juice with ginger powder and jelly sugar.
Bring the mixture with the herbs bags (they look like tea bags) to a boil and simmer 1 minute. Stir every now and then.
Skim the syrup, remove from the heat and let rest 5 minutes.
Remove the herb bags from the syrup, pour the syrup in bottles and close.
Delicious: a dash elderberry syrup in a cup hot tea.
Preservable for 1 year.
