Coffee liqueur

Ingredients:

250 gr hover for conversion brown candy sugar

2.5 dl hover for conversion water

 

50 gr hover for conversion ground coffee

5 dl hover for conversion water

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

 

4.5 dl hover for conversion (canning) brandy

2 shot glasses cognac

 

extra:

1 bottle

 

Preparation:

Bring the water with brown candy sugar to a boil.
Cook and reduce until the fluid lookes like syrup.
Make coffee of the ground coffee and the 5 dl hover for conversion water. Add to the sugar syrup and the vanilla sugar.
Let the mixture cool and add brandy and cognac.
Pour the liquor in a clean bottle and close airtight.
 
This liqueur is immediately drinkable.
