Coffee liqueur


Ingredients:

250 gr convert conversionbrown candy sugar

2.5 dl water convert conversion

50 gr convert conversionground coffee

5 dl convert conversionwater

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

4.5 dl convert conversion (canning) brandy

2 shot glasses cognac

extra:

1 bottle

How to prepare:

Bring the water with brown candy sugar to a boil.

Cook and reduce until the fluid lookes like syrup.

Make coffee of the ground coffee and the 5 dl convert conversionwater. Add to the sugar syrup and the vanilla sugar.

Let the mixture cool and add brandy and cognac.

Pour the liquor in a clean bottle and close airtight.

This liqueur is immediately drinkable.
