Coffee liqueurIngredients:250 gr brown candy sugar2.5 dl water
50 gr ground coffee5 dl water2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
4.5 dl (canning) brandy2 shot glasses cognac
extra:1 bottle

How to prepare:Bring the water with brown candy sugar to a boil.Cook and reduce until the fluid lookes like syrup.Make coffee of the ground coffee and the 5 dl water. Add to the sugar syrup and the vanilla sugar.Let the mixture cool and add brandy and cognac.Pour the liquor in a clean bottle and close airtight.
This liqueur is immediately drinkable.
