Diet for a week (to lose ± 5 kilos), ideal for after the holidays

Rules: 

- Do not use oil in the salads but use for example vinegar 

- coffee and tea without sugar and milk (sweeteners allowed) 

- drink 2 liter hover for conversion fluid each day (including 0-calorie drinks)

- alcohol is not allowed 

- add notting to the meals 

- use no butter or oil but grill (in a non-sticking pan)

- if there no quantity mentioned you can eat as much as you like

- breakfast is always the same except on day 1 

- the eggs can be prepared as you like it (without butter)

- do you have a high cholesterol ? Then this diet is not suitable !

Every day's breakfast:

1 grapefruit, 1 or 2 eggs (first day 3)

Coffee/tea

Thursday (day 4):

Lunch: mixed salad, grapefruit, coffee/tea

Diner: eggs, quark, spinach, knäckebröd, coffee/tea

Monday (day 1):

Lunch: 3 eggs, tomatoes, coffee/tea

Diner: 3 eggs, mixed salad, 1 small slice knäckebröd

Friday (day 5):

Lunch: Eggs, spinach, coffee/tea

Diner: Fish (low fat: i.e. sole, tuna, cod, halibut, salmon), mixed salad, knäckebröd

Tuesday (day 2):

Lunch: 1-2 eggs, grapefruit, coffee/tea

Evening: steak, tomatoes, lettuce, celery, spinach, cucumber, coffee/tea

Saturday (day 6):

Lunch: fruit salad (that's all)

Diner: steak, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, coffee/tea

Wednesday (day 3):

Lunch: 1-2 eggs, tomatoes, spinach, coffee/tea

Diner: 2 lamb steak or a steak

Sunday (day 7):

Lunch: cold chicken (grill), tomatoes and grapefruit.

Diner: vegetable soup (grease removed), chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, cooked cabbage, celery, grapefruit, coffee/tea

With this diet you can get rid of redundant weight. 5 kilogram in one week is possible and you won't feel too hungry. You're NOT allowed to follow this diet MORE than a week. If you're not satisfied with the results you MUST eat normal for 1 à 2 weeks first and after that repeat the diet. Lunch and diner meals can be switched.

 

Why this diet helps well: as you can see there's almost no fat and carbohydrates in it. 

In old-fashioned calories it is approximately 500-700 cal. a day. 

Followed the diet myself 3 times and lost 1 time 5 kg (1984), 1 time 4.5 kg (1989) and 1 time 5.5 kilogram (1996).

 

I got from New Zealand a message I want to pass: in that country on the birth control pill is printed that grapefruit may reduce the functioning of the pill. In that case you'll get bigger again (for about 9 months)
