1 lemon
3 parts soda water
add 1 part of the following drinks:
For a
- Collins: whisky
- Tom Collins: gin and optional angustora
- John Collins: gin
- Ivan Collins: vodka
- Bacardi Collins: Bacardi rum
- Charlie Collins: Jamaica rum
- Tex Collins: gin & grapefruit (no lemon)

How to prepare:
Press a lemon and pour the juice in a highball glass.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar, stir, add 2 icecubes and add the drink optional.
Complete with soda water.
Garnish with a slice orange, lemon or a double cherry.
Serve with a cocktail stir.
