Provençale chicken rolls
4 chicken breasts
1 garlic clove
200 gr
cheese
2 teaspoons pimento olives
salt and pepper
chicken spices
1 onion
50 gr
butter or margarine
2 dl
red country wine
1/2 dl water

cornstarch

How to prepare:
Beat the fillets very flat and divide the squeezed garlic clove over.
Slice the cheese very thinly and divide over the chicken breasts.
Divide the thinly sliced pimento stuffed olives and the thin sliced onion. Sprinkle with little salt, pepper and chicken spices.
Wrap and tie with cotton.
Melt the butter or margarine in a pan and fry the rolls golden brown.
Add wine and water and simmer the rolls 20 minutes or till juicy and tender.
Bind the baking fluid with little cornstarch.
