Ingredients:4 chicken breasts1 garlic clove200 gr

Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - chicken meals, cheeseBeat the fillets very flat and divide the squeezed garlic clove over.Slice the cheese very thin and divide over the chicken breasts. Divide the thinly sliced pimento stuffed olives and the thin sliced onion and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and chicken spices. Wrap and tie with cotton.Melt the butter or margarine in a pan and fry the rolls golden brown.Add wine and water and simmer the rolls 20 minutes or till juicy and tender.Bind the baking fluid with a little cornstarch.Delicious with mashed potatoes. |
