Chicken Tikka kebab
(25-30 pcs)
750 gr
chicken breast
1/4 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons coriander
3 teaspoons cumin
3 teaspoons garam masala
100 ml
yogurt
salt

How to prepare:
Soak wooden skewers at least 1 hour in cold water.
Cut the chicken in cubes of 2 cm.
Mix chopped onion, squeezed garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice and herbs well in a kitchen machine.
Put the mixture in a bowl and add while stirring the yoghurt and salt.
Thread 4 pieces chicken to each skewer and place the skewers in an oven dish.
Rub the chicken with the yogurt mixture.
Place the kebabs, covered, a couple of hours (better overnight) in the fridge.
Roast, broil or grill the tikka kebabs well done in 10-15 minutes.
