Mozzarella ballsIngredients:2 tablespoons flour1 tablespoon Italian herbs1 teaspoon paprika powderpinch salt250 gr small mozzarella balls1 egg1 tablespoon waterbreadcrumbs

How to prepare:Mix the herbs, paprika and salt with the flour.Drain the mozzarella balls and coat with the flour mixture.
Coat with egg and breadcrumbs.Let dry some minutes and repeat the coating with egg and breadcumbs.(Keep in the fridge till frying.)Deep-fry in hot oil golden brown.Serve hot with a skewer.
