Mozzarella balls


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon Italian herbs

1 teaspoon paprika powder

pinch salt

250 gr convert conversionsmall mozzarella balls

1 egg

1 tablespoon water

breadcrumbs

 

extra:

oil for frying

skewers

How to prepare:

Mix the herbs, paprika and salt with the flour.

Drain the mozzarella balls and coat with the flour mixture.

 

Coat with egg and breadcrumbs.

Let dry some minutes and repeat the coating with egg and breadcumbs.

(Keep in the fridge till frying.)

Deep-fry in hot oil golden brown.

Serve hot with a skewer.
