Ingredients:
cheese
(cooked) ham, sidepork or bacon
fried onion
herbs (chives, parsley, garlic powder, paprika powder)
chili sauce

Garnish a tortilla with some grated or sliced cheese, pieces meat, fried onion and season with herbs. Cover with a tortilla which is rubbed on both sides with chili sauce and
divide some more of the ingredients .
Cover with the third tortilla.
Fry the tortilla 5 minutes over medium heat in a covered frying pan.
Turn the tortilla (best if you use a plate: place it up side down on the tortilla, turn the pan and slide the tortilla back in) and fry, covered, another 5 minutes.
Quarter the tortilla and serve hot .
