Cheese pie
2 garlic cloves
2 large tablespoon onion
2 large tablespoon bell pepper
3 slices sandwich bread
1 tablespoon mustard
200 ml
milk
3-4 tablespoons bind all or flour
250 gr
young cheese
4 slices cooked ham
1 tablespoon chives

How to prepare:
Cut the garlic cloves, onion and bell pepper in very small cubes and fry 5 minutes over low heat in a teaspoon butter. Cut the ham in small pieces and grate the cheese roughly.
Cut the crusts of the bread and butter 1 side with mustard. Cover (mustard on top) the complete bottom of the greased baking pan.
Bring the milk with the "bind all" or flour to a boil.
Remove the pan from the heat as soon as the milk cooks and add the grated cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese has melted.
Add the drained vegetable mixture, chives and ham and pour the mixture over the bread in the baking pan.
Bake the pie 30 minutes at 160°C/310°F (fan oven 140°C/280°F).
Let the cheese pie cool in the pan about 15 minutes before you serve.
