Preparation:© Janneke's Recipe pages - cheese recipes, bunsCut the cheese in strips of 3 cm long and 0.5 x 0.5 cm thick.Spread the canned croissant dough on a cutting shelf and cut or use homemade croissant dough.Wrap a bit cheese on the broad side into each croissant (care that, while rolling, the dough encloses the cheese well).Place the croissants on a baking pan and brush with the beaten egg.Bake, according to the instructions on the can or at 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F), golden brown.Serve warm. |
