Cheese croissants

Ingredients:

1 can mini-croissants dough

or bake your own croissants

(herbs) cheese

1 egg

Cut the cheese in strips of 3 cm long and 0.5 x 0.5 cm thick.
Spread the canned croissant dough on a cutting shelf and cut or use homemade croissant dough.
Wrap a bit cheese on the broad side into each croissant (care that, while rolling, the dough encloses the cheese well).
Place the croissants on a baking pan and brush with the beaten egg.
Bake, according to the instructions on the can or at 225°C/440°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F), golden brown.
Serve warm.
