Ingredients:

7.5 dl hover for conversion brandy

4 dl hover for conversion sugar syrup

1 cinnamon stick

(4 cloves)

a total of 850 gr hover for conversion fruits like strawberries, red currants, cherries, slices peach, half apricots, half plums

 

extra:

2 liter hover for conversion jar

 

Preparation:

Pour the brandy in the jar. Add sugar syrup, cinnamon stick and optional some cloves.
Add, depending on the season, several times well cleaned fruit.
The total weight of the fruit added during the summer must be approximately 850 gr.
You can make ratafia of only red or yellow fruit.
 
Let the jar rest at least 5 months.
