Bruschetta with smoked salmon and capersIngredients:1 French bread or ciabatta250 gr cream cheese2 tablespoons lemon juice4 tablespoons chopped fresh chives200 gr smoked salmoncapersfresh dill sprigs

How to prepare:Cut the French bread in slices of 1 cm.Toast on both sides golden brown.
Mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and the cut chives and spread the slices French bread with the mixture.Cover with bits of smoked salmon and garnish with some capers and the (chopped) dill.
