Bruschetta with smoked salmon and capers

Ingredients:

1 French bread or ciabatta

250 gr hover for conversion cream cheese

2 tablespoons lemon juice

4 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

200 gr hover for conversion smoked salmon

capers

fresh dill sprigs

 

Preparation:

Cut the French bread in slices of 1 cm.
Toast on both sides golden brown.
 
Mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and the cut chives and spread the slices French bread with the mixture.
Cover with bits of smoked salmon and garnish with some capers and the (chopped) dill.
