Stuffed brown bun

Ingredients:

1 big (brown) bun 

chives

300 gr hover for conversion mature cheese

1 red bell pepper

2 eggs

tabasco

worcestersauce

Preparation:

Cut the upper crust of the bun and hollow the bread.
Crumble the contents and mix it with the chopped chives, the small cubed cheese, chopped bell pepper and beaten eggs.
Flavour with some drops tabasco and worcester sauce.
Fill the bread with the mixture, place the upper crust back on and bake the bun for 25 minutes in the oven at 220°C/425°F (fan oven 200°C/395°F) until it's completely hot.
 
Serve immediately with a fresh mixed salad or soup.
