Mushrooms & prosciutto(24 pcs)Ingredients:48 chestnut mushrooms75 gr butter1.3 dl port18 slices prosciutto

How to prepare:Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes in water.Clean the mushrooms with a wet cloth and cut in half.Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the mushrooms and a pinch salt.Fry while stirring 1 minute over medium heat.Add the port and heat while stirring till the port has evaporated.Remove the pan from the heat.Cut each slice prosciutto in 4 pieces.Thread alternate 4 pieces mushroom and 3 rolled up pieces prosciutto to the skewers.Broil the kebabs 10 minutes under a hot grill or grill on the barbecue.
