Mushrooms & prosciutto

Ingredients:

48 chestnut mushrooms

75 gr butter convert conversion

1.3 dl convert conversionport

18 slices prosciutto

extra:

24 skewers

How to prepare:

Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes in water.

Clean the mushrooms with a wet cloth and cut in half.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the mushrooms and a pinch salt.

Fry while stirring 1 minute over medium heat.

Add the port and heat while stirring till the port has evaporated.

Remove the pan from the heat.

Cut each slice prosciutto in 4 pieces.

Thread alternate 4 pieces mushroom and 3 rolled up pieces prosciutto to the skewers.

Broil the kebabs 10 minutes under a hot grill or grill on the barbecue.
