Baked banana

Ingredients:

4 bananas

50 gr hover for conversion icing sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Preparation:

Peel the bananas and half in the length. Cut every half in three pieces.
Sprinkle the pieces with a mix of icing sugar and cinnamon and wrap all pieces together in aluminium foil.
Place on a cooler part of the barbecue for about 15 minutes.
 
Also great as dessert: you can bake the banana's 15 minutes in an oven on 150°C/300°F.
